Administrator
Jeff has been the administrator for over 10 years at Missouri Quality Care. He oversees the day to day operations of the company. He has over 25 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities. He truly loves his job and loves working closely with the clients, staff, and board members to see development and growth.

Amanda Parr
Regional Director
Amanda has been with Missouri Quality Care for over 10 years. She started as a direct care staff and was promoted to QDDP in 2013. She is now the Regional Director. She loves working with her residents making sure they stay busy with fun activities and stay active in the community. Amanda enjoys working with her co-workers and residents ensuring they are living their lives to the fullest potential.

Cristni Thornton
Quality Assurance
Cristni has a long background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to this newly developed position. Quality Assurance has always been her passion and she looks forward to helping to enhance further the already wonderful lives of the individuals supported by Missouri Quality Care.
Rachel Garrison
Human Resources

Rachel has been with Missouri Quality Care since September of 2014. She started out in the company working as a Direct Care staff on the weekends and then got promoted to a House Manager in June of 2016, and then promoted once again in February 2019 to a Program Coordinator. She's been in this field for 5 years and since day one this company has felt like home to her. Seeing and being around the residents and watching and helping them grow brings a true joy to her life. Knowing that our residents are happy and get all the opportunities available to live their full potential is her main goal and getting to see that every day reassures her heart that she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, doing anything else. It’s a real reward for her to get to come in to work everyday and be part of such a wonderful family, residents, and staff. She can’t wait to see and work with all the new opportunities and activities in the future.

Taylor Bailey
Program Coordinator/Trainer
Taylor has been with Missouri Quality Care since May of 2017, working as a Program Coordinator/Trainer. Taylor has been in this field for over 11 years now, previously working as a house manager for 4 years, and a direct care staff for 6 years. Taylor enjoys helping others reach their full potential, and he believes in equal opportunity for everyone. When Taylor is asked what he does for a living, he sums it up in two words: provide support, and Taylor can't see himself doing anything else.

Madison Scott
Program Coordinator
Madison has worked in this field for over 10 years. She has grown up around this field so it has always had a special place in her heart. She started out as a direct care staff when she was 18 years old, and a few years later became a Program Coordinator, after being a house manager for over 5 years. She loves being around the people that Missouri Quality Care supports, and it really fills her heart to see them living their full potential. She loves seeing her residents well taken care of and happy. Madison says she is blessed with the most rewarding career.

Tiffany Vaughn
Administrative Assistant
Tiffany joined Missouri Quality Care in February of 2019. What she enjoy most about working here is the up-beat atmosphere & staff. Her duties are mostly office-related, but she especially looks forward to the times she gets to meet our clients. She's proud to work for a company that helps so many in our community, and she feels that she is very fortunate to be employed by such a great place, surrounded by awesome people!

Program Coordinator
Teri has combined experience in this field of 15 years; 7 of those years with MQC. What she enjoys the most about working for MQC is the smiles she gets to share with our residents. She absolutely loves working in this field. Teri enjoys how she learns something new here every day, whether it’s about a resident or the business side.

Jessica Johnson
Office Manager
Jessica started with MQC in October but has 5 years of experience in the field serving the disabled. She started as a direct support staff when she was 18. Jessica has been an Office manager for over 3 years. She loves working with our individuals and she couldn't see herself doing anything else. She says she feels blessed to be working for a company that cares so much for their individuals, and for their employees alike. Jessica looks forward to continuing to grow with MQC.

Laura Mackey
Program Coordinator
Laura started working in this field in 2012. She started working in a group home helping to care for 8 individuals. Laura fell in love with this job field and knew this is what she wanted to do for a career. Laura has worked as direct support staff, a life skills trainer at day programs, house manager of ISL's, and now as a Program Coordinator. Laura can not see herself ever doing anything else with her life. Laura says she feels blessed to be working for a company that cares so much for their individuals, and for their employees alike.

Kathy Smith
HR Manager
Kathy joined Missouri Quality Care in November 2020. She has a variety of experiences supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Kathy became a Direct Support Staff 34 years ago which began the passion to serve in this field. Since then, she has served as an aide in the local school district, Program Coordinator, Director of Day Program, Office Manager, and Account Manager. The combination of the administrative duties and the knowledge to support individuals with developmental disabilities has opened a new opportunity as HR Manager. Kathy sees it as a privilege to be able to serve in her new role at MQC. She states, “I look forward in providing a ‘personnel touch’ to MQC and its employees.”
